Others are right: the line can be long, but it moves at a decent speed. You order at a counter, tell them what sides you want as your tray goes down the line, you pay and sit. This is one of the few places that has pork ends and bits as a menu item. Brisket is wonderful. Another option is to avoid the line and go to the takeout window if you've got some place to go and eat messy!
Only complaint is they close at 8 on weeknights and 9 on the weekends.
