The bathroom was really small and not too clean. People not to much friendly.

This is the 2nd time staying there since Oct 2011, and we enjoyed it so much more since the renovations we're done. The pool is enormous, and goes to 12 ft deep (you don't see that anymore). The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and fresh. The TV was older and smaller, but suited its purpose since we were there to go to Legoland ( across the street). I wish there was a shuttle. We walked, but we're tired at end of day....
We enjoyed the food in the lounge and restaurant. Nice place to hang out, and pet friendly! We'll be back.

I was staying here prior to racing the triathlon in Haines City--I didn't have a lot of choice and after reading the reviews, I was expecting the worst. What I found, however, was a very clean and convenient hotel. Our room was perfectly adequate, clean and comfortable. The pool looked fantastic (I wasn't able to jump in). Best of all, I found Kathie at the front desk to be extremely sweet and helpful. She gave us super directions to our restaurant and made us feel very welcome.

We spent one night with our grandchildren with the purpose of going to legoland. From check in to checkout all staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was poolside and very clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool which looked very nice but the grandchildren certainly enjoyed it.
