“Good straightforward Spanish food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2012

No nonsense!. Good ingredients, nice flavor, generous portions.
We went for tapas. Sharing small portions, trying many different dishes. All were very good. Great wine, either by the bottle or glass. They even offer uncorking and serving your own bottle for $5.
They have been getting busier... last time they were a little slow; but if you are not in a hurry, it is not a problem. Either way, great service. They also sell some good Spanish food products in-store and online (Wine, cheese, oils, olives, Serrano ham, etc)

“Great food but . . .”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2012

Let's start with the positive. The food was very good. We sampled many of the tapas and paella. The wine choices were mostly from Spain. The staff helped us select a couple of bottles which were wonderful. As for the food, the honey eggplant was my favorite. We were a party of 6 and when we first arrived, the staff was going to seat us at a very small table (more for seating 4 at max). It was not very busy but we were told it was going to get crowded. We had to insist that we were not going to sit at a tiny table. It was weird. Finally someone with a clear head said they would put a bigger table together for us. The only other negative was the lighting. It was so bright. There was a gentleman playing Spanish guitar and everyone was having a good time but it would have been an even better time if the lights were dimmed just a bit. It would have felt more like a party and not like sitting in a cafeteria.

“It was about time to have a Spanish Restaurant in Weston - Por Fin!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 29, 2012

We finally found this nice restaurant that good friends of us have recommended. The decor is simple but nice and well planned, the service is very good. We went for lunch and had the lentil soup with chorizo, patatas bravas and paella. The paella needed a little bit of extra salt, but otherwise was very good. The wine by the glass was very good and well priced (around $5). We had a good meal and a good time. Is not the best Spanish restaurant I have ever been, but it is in Weston and We are definitively planning to go back.

“Great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2012

Tapas in the Everglades or close to it - Weston Florida..the location is a small strip mall that looks uninviting. The restaurant is rather crowded but that's expected since it's the novelty. They are a bit disorganized and don't take reservations. We waited approximately 40 minutes for a table that was almost given to another party who arrived after us. However when we sat everything came to life. Our waiter was quick and helpful. We ordered a pitcher of sangria which was ver good. We ordered about 8 different tapas for the table and everything was very good. The Garbanzos and the Salpicon de Mariscos were the favorite but the mushrooms , croquettes and tabla of jam on Serrano were also great. We enjoyed the flamenco music live which is offered on Saturday night. We ended the night with Tres Leches and truly enjoyed our meal. Will return and hopefully they have the disorganization will be under control

Dear Jenny,

Thank you for taking the time to post a review about our restaurant .

We are not very happy knowing that your experience at Entretapas was not 100%, but we are working very hard to offer our customers the fresh and quality food you had experienced before + good customer service. We had taken all your comments into consideration to make sure you return!

“A little touch of Spain in the South Florida Suburbs”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 23, 2012

This is truly a hidden gem, located about a hundred yards from where the suburbs meet the swamp in Weston, FL.

This was our first visit but we will definitely be returning.

Great tapas menu with all you would expect. We had Chorizo, Manchego Cheese, Serrano Ham, Croquettas and a Salad. Everything we had was delicious including the Sangria.

There were other items on the menu as well, like sandwiches, soups, desserts, and paella that we didn't have time to wait for on this trip. A few kids menu items were included.

A guitarist was performing on a little stage in the back the night we were there, and there is a flamenco dancer with musicians during the weekend nights.

Some of the items they serve are sold in the store and online. The restaurant has a small area at the front with wines and other items.

Overall great restaurant in an unlikely location.
