“Great Rate”

Stayed one night -- good location (just off of I-95 northbound exit ramp), location and room were clean, towels a little scratchy (although there were only 2 of us in the room, 3 towels were provided)
Paid < $67 which is unusually resasonable for the West Palm Beach area.
IHOP restaurant on site is very convenient. Cracker Barrel is also close.

I am sorry to hear of your experience at the Days Inn West Palm Beach. Our intention is to provide an excellent level of service and reading of your challenges is a bit disheartening. We do our best to provide a comfortable night stay. I am sorry that it was tainted by your comfort level in our beds and not able to get coffee in the lobby. I do hope you were able to enjoy the coffee in your room. . We are currently changing out our beds in our rooms and looking at extending the time we offer coffee in the lobby. I hope you will reconsider and afford us an opportunity to serve you again.
