I found the the Grandview Gardens Bed and Breakfast last year while on business and had a great time. This year my sister joined me. We left our children in the cold and snowy north and headed south for three great days in the sun! Rick and Peter, the owners, provided airport transportation and a delicious daily breakfast with lots of strong coffee! Plus, they provide good old fashioned bikes so we were set--no need for a rental car. The B and B is in a residential area close to quality shopping (City Place), good restaurants, and the Opera house. We shopped 'til we dropped, ate foods our children won't touch, attended the Magic Flute, and talked into the wee hours of the night over wine without any interruptions--heaven! The B and B is beautiful with flowers everywhere. Our room was peaceful and relaxing. We're already making plans to return next year...

The problem with running many a small b&b is that you get into a routine and benign neglect sets in: With Grandview Gardens, this is NOT at all the case. The owners, Peter and Rick, are continuously on their toes to make sure every room is stylish to the last detail, to make sure the breakfast wishes of every guest are fulfilled, to make sure the garden and pool are always in perfect shape.

A wonderful place to stay and relax, while being close to the key facilities of West Palm Beach and close to Palm Beach beaches. I must return soon!!

This Bed and Breakfast 5 unit inn is one of the nicest places with the nicest stuff I had ever met. My wife and I are big fans of B & B. Wherever we travel we always looked for B & B. This place has a great pool, one of a kind breakfast (You MUST try…) the rooms are HUGE, accommodations superb and they have the friendliest stuff. It’s very close to “City Place”. We are defiantly will go there again.
