“Hot towels!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

I love the hot moist towels they give you as soon as you sit down. They just set the mood for a "zen" meal. I love the tempura and the miso soup. The atmosphere is lovely.

“Restaurant is now called Ginza - Excellent!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Ginza is one of our favorite places to eat. The sushi is fresh and really tasty. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and the service is prompt. The site should update this restaurant to the name "Ginza" because it hasn't been Masa Sagami in years.

“An intimate, quiet, and beautiful setting.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 3, 2012

It is now known as Ginza. The resturant is small and intimate and quiet if you like that sort of atmosphere. Not noisy so you can enjoy and hear your dinner companions. Steakhouse is the best. Service is fast and efficient. Once seated, you never have to wait long before the chef comes out and begins your dinner. The portions are sufficient and tasty. Never have to look for a server, they are always on hand.

“Very disappointed, expected better food & service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2010

My husband and I went to Masa's Sagami and really didn't care for our experience; My sashimi was room temp and we noticed the bar fridge was left open, and the eel had a lot of bones in it. We also noticed that our server had put his finger inside the water glass as he carried it. Despite the terrible experience, we decide to try the restaurant again when the owner was present - This time the fish was cold and noone put their finger in the water, but we didn't get the correct order and when we spoke to Masa Sagami directly, he insisted the order was correct because it's what our waiter had written down. When we said that we'd prefer to not accept the meal and just keep the one meal, he said that we had to pay for it either way or he'd call the police. Needless to say we will NEVER be going back. Very sad and disappointed.
