We've been to Maison Carlos before. A few years ago, on Valentines Day, one of the most trying days of the year in the restaurant business. Then, as now, the service was flawless, the food sublime, and the experience delightful. Nothing has changed in the past few years. Maison Carlos continues to hold its own against the very best in North Palm Beach County.

Our evening of culinary delights began with complimentary zucchini chips. Freshly made, crispy, and slightly salty. Among our appetizers one standout is the Soufflé de Fromage. Fluffy and delicious. The main course of Truffled Lobster” Mac and Cheese was a surprisingly large portion with good sized chunks of fresh Maine lobster meat and extremely rich mac and cheese with truffles. Almost too rich to eat and certainly too much to finish. The Scallopini di Vitello Picatta and the steak and fries were also well done and worth ordering.

The service at this restaurant is professional, friendly and efficient. The dining room itself is somewhat spare. It is elegant in its own way, but I think could use somewhat more warmth. Maison Carlos is off of the beaten path, on a main North-South road, heavily trafficked and surrounded with nondescript retail establishments. Maison Carlos t is definitely worthwhile finding. You'll have some of the best food this part of Florida has to offer.

i was in Palm Beach visiting family and we went to their favorite restaurant Maison Carlos. So wonderful. The shrimp pil pil which I had never had was fabulous,. The owner Carlos was so attentive and professional.Everything was delicious, frenched chicken breast with the best morrell sauce,caesar salad and chocolate mousse. I can't say enough. I wish they were in my neighborhood in Maine ,I would be there twice a week.

It was the best meal that we had that week on vacation in Palm Beach. My wife and I both had veal dishes and we both decided that it was the best veal (tender) we had every had. The vegetables were cooked to perfection

We're pleasantly surprised by this restaurant run in a very pleasant and hands on manner by its owner.the hog snapper special was outstanding as we're the souffle app and the mini sandwiches .the service was outstanding in this small intimate setting.dessert was also iutstanding.we will definitely return to what maybe the best restaurant in palm beach county
