“New *Amore Mondays* Are Worth A Special Visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

I've been to Carrabba's Italian Grill on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. several times, and I regarded it as an above-average chain restaurant. On this evening however, my dinner companion and I tried the new “Amore Monday” menu, a three-course dinner for only $12 per person. It included a choice of soup or salad; a dessert or an appetizer; and an entree. Furthermore, since we dined during happy hour, we shared a quartina of Copper Ridge Zinfandel for only $6.50. Since the appetizer and dessert were large enough to share, we essentially had a four-course dinner for two (including wine) for about $30. The portions were far more than we could eat, so we requested doggie bags. Our server, Morgan, was knowledgeable about the menu selections and was very attentive. As always, the facility was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Furthermore, I consider an open-grill style kitchen to be a big plus for many reasons. In short, even if you've been to Carrabba's before, make a special trip next Monday for the new “Amore Monday” menu - it's a value worth the trip.

“Good Food”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2013

This is a good chain Italian restaurant. Everything was very good, but it's what you expect from a large chain restaurant. No complaints.

Good Italian food chain with great service. I love the complimentary bread and olive oil placed before the meal.

“Good, simple Italian food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

Carraba's in Boynton Beach is usually crowded during dinner hours but does accept 'call aheads' that can shorten the wait time. The servers always seem rushed and harried. The food is always good , just not exceptional. It is a destination when I don't feel like cooking. The noise level can be deafening and we always take a jacket or sweater as it is usually chilly.
