“Last Friday of each month”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 19, 2013

The last Friday of each month, the stores stay open late and most offer free wine. Nice night to shop and relax. Several restaurants along the way to consider for dinner, snacks and more wine!

“Northwood Village Gem in the Making”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 13, 2013

Went to the Northwood Village to check out the ambiance! I talked to some of the people in the area and asked their opinion about the Northwood Village?
I think the city of West Palm is working hard to promote and make this area vibrant.
There are a few restaurants, antique stores and other retailers. You will not find any chain stores or restaurants here, they are all privately owned. Those are the types of businesses that America was founded on. With the changes that are being made this could be the Gem of the up and coming areas of the Palm Beaches. It takes you away from the drinking establishments and high crime area of downtown West Palm Beach.
Northwood Villages is artsy, friendly and they care about It's people who are taking back their community. Events are being held to attract more and more people to the community. The CRA is doing an excellent job to promote.

“Leave your cares behind and stroll thru”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Northwood offers everything from Great dining, bougeanvilla lined streets, quaint shops and a great coffee café where locals gather to read their papers and e devices.
If you go one block over, you discover quick and affordable dining at Manhattan Pizza or a Beautiful wood lined sports bar with an ice rail built into the bar for your beer.
It is the best of all worlds.

Discover it yourself.

“Nice vibe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

I was very impressed with the central business district in Old Northwood. It is full of 1920's architecture and eclectic restaurants and bars. Try the new Turkish restaurant Agora, great food and the owner is great!!!

“Palm Beach's answer to Soho”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2013

What a great find! A lovely, well tended area with interesting stores, galleries, good restaurants, and fun things to do. It's like a little, tropical, Soho. Great antique stores, unique clothing stores. You will not find chain stores or restaurants here. A must see. And when there, check out Jade Kitchen restaurant. It is a unique, fabulous restaurant with great food and a wonderful husband/wife team that cook amazing food. It's one of my very favorite restaurants in Palm Beach. Good parking and well lit at night, Very friendly, neighborhood oriented place to go. Don't miss it.
