After reading the reviews of the Marriott downtown we decided to give the Courtyard Marriott a try. it was very new, clean and had flat screen TVs and free internet as expected. We didn't use the shuttle service but walked into City Place and back about 30 minutes each way. Our purpose was to stay overnight for a performance at the Kravis Center. This was a great hotel and I would stay again. The charge for the breakfast was $9 per person which was a good value as the selection was far better than some "free" breakfasts at other establishments. I would not hesitate to return or recommend.

I travelled to West Palm Beach on business and stayed at the CourtYard for two days. Overall it was a nice stay.

Pros:

1. Conviniently located by aiport and car rental lots without any noise from air craft.

2. Hotel in good condition (pool, lounge, fitness) and well maintained. Also, delicious free coffee available daily.

Cons -

1. Service was rude and slow. I asked for extra towels and was aked to wait 30 mins!! Service behind the desk was nasty and lacked typical "cusomer friendly attitude".

2. Only breakfast available on site and there are no nearby restaurants with the exception of Wendys and IHOP.

A Excellent choice. We were staying there for two nights visiting family. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

Pool area is nice as kids enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

This was our second stay at the Courtyard West Palm Beach Airport and we had a good experience both times. The room was clean and well stocked with linens and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A full hot breakfast buffet with eggs cooked to order was included in the price of the room and the room rate was reasonable for Florida in season.

Our only complaint both times has been that there is only one cook working the buffet line and she also has to keep bacon, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. cooked up for the self serve section. This frequently makes for a very long wait for cooked to order eggs. The management should put at least one other person at that station.
