“Thoroughly enjoyable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 9, 2013

What a treat this was. Open air. Attentive service. Funky craft beers (Pomegranate ale). Great vegetarian bistro menu. Much of it was a surprise but we were thoroughly satisfied.

“Tuna with no fish”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2013

Not being a vegan or vegetarian we were up for a try. Pleasantly surprised it was great fun . The tuna , red in color made with beets was a great choice. The chocolate molten gluten free was flavorful . The atmosphere is cute an old gas station converted to open air in the back. Give it a try.

“Delicious food--whether you're vegan or not!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2013

I've been to Darbsters 6 times already and every time has been delicious. I took my parents, who are not vegetarians, and it is now one of their favorite restaurants. It's on the corner of Dixie Hwy in a residential area, but with the décor and the way they have the tables situated, you feel like you're in a tropical location when you sit outside. They have a few items that are not very different from the non-vegan versions (Burritos, Nachos, etc...which are both really good) so if you go with someone who is not at all adventurous, they'll have some choices that won't scare them. They also have a good amount of choices that don't have soy. A suggestion I have is if you go with a few people, order one entrée per person and split everything so you each get a variety. A few of the entrees I like a lot, but wouldn't want it for my whole meal. We've found the splitting/sharing to be a big hit, especially if you want to be adventurous in what you order, and you get to try a lot of things. Prices are good--- around $12-15 for an entrée and around $10 for a sandwich/wrap. I've had a lot of items on the menu, and specials, and the only one I didn't like was the quinoa loaf--it's very bland. Other than that, everything has been great. I would highly recommend Darbsters. I'd suggest calling for a reservation to be on the safe side because they do get very busy.

“Darbster in Boca!! Yeah!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 24, 2013 via mobile

So happy they have opened up in Boca Raton. Vegan and delicious with nice eclectic options. Of course the palm cakes are always great and the " scallops" we're so flavorful. Whether you are vegan or not you will not be disappointed.

“Amazing Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

Great place selling all vegan food. I had a vegan cheeseburger and ice-cream sundae - both were amazing. Quite a lot of people were in there on that Sunday evening, which was great to see. Highly recommended. I think all meat eaters should go there too - they'd love the food as much as vegans and vegetarians.
