Having booked at a hotel across the street (Wellesley) and seeing its terrible reviews, we rebooked here and were glad we did. Lots of room, reasonably comfy bed, nice breakfast, pleasant staff. In our king bed room a family could have put two cots. The view is of highways, but at least it's centrally located and it has round-the-clock security.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Palm Beach Lakes for a school conference I had to go to.. We arrived at the hotel around 10 o' clock. As soon as we arrived, they told us that they could not give us a rollaway bed with a room with 2 double-beds. We were already paying $80.00 a night I believe and could not go anywhere else at that late hour. So, we had to get two rooms instead. I was not too happy at first about that. As, we entered our two rooms we discovered that they were pretty nice. All the rooms in the hotel had been renovated, and were very clean, nice and had a really nice view. Were on the very top floor of the hotel and had a pool view. By the way, the pool was extremely nice. The lobby of the hotel is a bit run down, but it is really no big deal. The hotel is very quiet too. There is an Italian Restaurant on site of the hotel which we did not eat at, but seemed pretty nice. There are several hotels in this area and I highly reccomend the COmfort Inn Palm Beach Lakes!

Our family stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2005. The hotel is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, attractions and the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. The pool was great and a nice place to relax. The hotel is reasonably priced and the breakfast has a good variety of options. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

My family stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2004. Our overall experience was good. The location was perfect as you are minutes from everything (downtown, beach, airport, mall, etc.) The room was clean, safe, the price reasonable, and staff friendly. We also really enjoyed the pool. The free cont. breakfast was above average and the Crispy Creme donut store within walking distance was nice too for a change. The only complaint I have is that the old air conditioning unit in the room was noisy (although it did block out other noises you typically hear at hotels such as doors closing, loud T.V.'s, etc). I would definately stay at this hotel if I traveled back to West Palm Beach.
