“What's not to love ?”

If you want to see some amazing animals and hear about them and how they came to live in this small but well loved sanctuary, this is the place for you. A true labor of love for those who work there. Kat our tour guide was great. She kept a group ranging from 20ish to 70ish happy as we learned about the animals and their history. She even had us holding snakes, spiders and turtles. We were lucky to be able to sign up for cuddle time with a baby Linx. I highly recommend them.

“Amazing!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

This was such a unique and intimate experience that you can't find anywhere else. The workers love the animals and love teaching other about them. You can tell how much TLC the animals get. I loves learning about the different animals and seeing them interact with each other and with the workers. $25 is a great value for a 2-hour tour! And the best part is your money goes back to the sanctuary mostly for food for the animals. I would definitely come back if I'm ever vacationing here again.

“Great tour, simple as that”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

Ashlyn was our tour guide, she was wonderful. I asked her a question or two on the side (as my curiosity was building) and she was happy to take the time to answer. The big cats are a real treat to watch, but that's just one aspect of all the animals you get to see. Holding the snake at the end was very cool. This is worth the time and money, have some fun and take someone you care about!

“Lions, tigers, kinkajous, snakes and tortoises, oh my!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

While I may joke that you're literally in some dude's backyard to see these animals, the staff do a wonderful job educating guests. The facility is well kept and you truly are up close to these animals and even get to hold some of them.

The only bathroom facility is a porta-potty so if you're wary of that, be sure to do your business elsewhere.

Don't miss out on the opportunity if you're in the area!

Seriously, A must see. The human interaction with the animals is amazing! So worth the money... I would have paid more.... So good, I insisted that the guide and her assistant accept a tip... Will be back...
