This location has always had reliably dependable Olive Garden food. The table servers were very friendly and for the most part, very prompt. However, the managers of this restaurant should do a better job at keeping their tables and floors clean. When we walked in, there was a distinct and repulsive odor of cleaner/disinfectant in the air. Ironically though, the general area was less than clean. The floors were littered with debris, crumbs, and spilled drinks. The carpeting between the kitchen door and the bar area was soaked and worn. We observed all of this just in the 30-second walk to our table! A few minutes of light vacuuming and clearing tables would make a big difference to the customers, so I hope the managers are reading this. If the Darden chain is concerned that its restaurants are not doing well, perhaps they should focus less on new promotions or a new menu, and more on the overall cleanliness of their restaurants.
