“Amazing lunch and great staff.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 21, 2015

This little place is amazing. We went at lunch and it was very busy with what I'm sure is the usual lunch crowd. The friendly staff helped our party of 7 find seating in a dining area in the back. The food is outstanding. Everyone in our party loved what they ordered from our little one's PB&J to the adult's wraps. The menu offers something for all tastes and the portions are generous. The staff checked on us throughout and made us feel right at home. For me the highlight was the Barefoot Wrap! What an interesting mix of flavors and all of the ingredients were very fresh. We are trying to squeeze another lunch in here before our week at the beach is over. Keep up the great work Barefoot Café!

“Fun Casual Lunch Place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2015

Barefoot Cafe is small and sometimes you have to wait for a table. You order at the counter and they bring your food to the table. I've been there about a dozen times and the food is always fresh. they make interesting wraps, much too big for one meal, served with your choice of a wide variety of sides. They also have yummy homemade soups. The salads and sandwiches are made to order, nothing pre-prepared and sitting there. If you're down in the Arts District, this is a really good take for lunch. They also have a little bit of outside seating and an auxiliary room across the hall that makes me feel isolated, but would be great for a larger group of people. The style is Key West and the owners' great travel photos are projected as slide shows on two monitors, so you have interesting stuff to see while you wait!

“No sand between your toes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 15, 2015

We've been there twice for lunch the service is good the food is on point and the prices are reasonable. It gets crowded in a hurry since it's not all that big but they even offer a couple tables outside if it gets busy. Will return to this little gem but don't expect sand between your toes it's too far from the beach.

“Delicious sandwiches & wraps”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 1, 2015 via mobile

Been to this place many times. Everything is always great. The hot subs are my favorite. Besides the menu there is a daily special. Salads, sides & soups are very good too. Still haven't tried their smoothies yet, but friends have recommended. The owners are very nice people. You can sit outside in the vestibule -there is usually a nice breeze. There is also another small dining room just off the vestibule, if you want to sit inside but the main area is full.
