This hotel was way over priced. But we were tired of driving and had to stop.
Our friend's room was minus the refrigerator--they told the desk people right away so that they would not be charged for theft.
It was a stopping place on the way south.
The breakfast was actually quite decent--the powdered scrambled eggs were good. The automatic pancake maker spit out tough little gems. They had yogurt.
The breakfast made the stay.

Good for overnight stop just off the I75. Staff were efficient and room had all facilities. It was about 10 minutes to downtown Venice for shops and restaurants. Well serviced with an adequate breakfast. The hair dryer in our room was faulty and was quickly replaced with another. We used the internet hotspot once that evening only to find that our email had been hacked into and that caused considerable problems. The lady on reception would note the fact, but sounded little concerned or even did not understand the consequences - beware !

Favorable reviews here influenced me to book a room at this hotel. The staff is eager to please customers. We were pleased in every way except that we would have liked to be nearer to the downtown area.

There was a gal by the name of Lisa D. in the food service area who is a HUGE asset to the hotel .............. We have stayed at this facility frequently over the past 5 years and in our opinion... you can't get a much better employee than her!!
