“Nice,Interesting Beach Area”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2013

One of the best things about this beach were the large turtles that I sw along the hiking trails near the beach area. The natural environment helps to enhance your walk along the beach.

“Clean and easy to access”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

We loved the location and cleanliness of this place. The parking was ample and there were many spots open even though it was afternoon.

“Limited facilities but real Florida”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

Make sure you bring your "Florida Snow Shovel" (shark tooth & shell scooper), this beach is famous for the sharks teeth found where the waves crash onshore (we easily found a couple dozen without looking that hard). It's a long undeveloped beach, not that wide, not that white, only one bathroom and limited parking at the north end. Families best stay to the north part not far from the parking lot. The further south you go, the nuder it gets, and then the gayer it gets. There's no concessions so bring everything you need and be prepared to haul it with you, which keeps families and all their gear close to the parking lot end anyway. And there's no garbage cans, so be prepared to haul it out with you.

“Ohhhh Myyyyy Goshhhhh!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 27, 2013 via mobile

UNBELIEVABLE! I am a resident of a county about 45 minutes south of Caspersen Beach... I had never visited this beach until today! AMAZING!! The water is every hue of blue and green possible!! Absolutely gorgeous... My best friend and I pulled up and was able to park immediately. There are numerous accesses to the beach and some benches along these accesses to sit and sight see. There also are public restrooms. The rock beads are so beautiful! There were lots of birds to watch. Most importantly the beach is COVERED with sharks teeth.... In 45 minutes we found over 30 sharks teeth... It was very exciting to just stumble across them on the shore... Although we did find a few by sifting through the sand in the water. At the main access there are showers for washing of all the sand one would accumulate at the beach and the salt from the ocean. VERY impressed overall of this beach and will return soon with the rest of my family!!!
