If you're looking for a nicer gathering spot of locals, try The Middle Grounds Grill. This local spot got its claim to fame by offering to filet and cook your fresh caught fish, but after some time it has proven to be a consistent good variety of mostly seafood dishes. The atmosphere is lively at the long bar, offering happy hour or mid-week and early bird specials. The bar is a good place to eat for less money, but you have to arrive earlier than 6 or later than 8 to get a seat. In the main dining room, you'll spend more on dinner but the atmosphere is more intimate with dark woods, big aquariums and cozy booths. There is also a nice wine selection!
