Made a last minute reservation for Memorial Day weekend, so I knew I was taking a chance with this place. At one time it might have been better, but generally everything needs to be rehabbed. The living room couch was so filthy that the yellow pattern on the cushions were a revolting gray color. You didn't even want to sit on it, and I'm not a picky person. Sofa bed was useless. The second bedroom is so small that you cannot open the nightstand drawer because the dresser is in the way.
Worst of all, the second bathroom was a joke. Couldn't bend down in the shower--it was that small--and the sink was the size of one on a cruise ship, almost a joke. No electrical outlets in that bathroom. No counters in eaither bathroom and no hooks either. We had to move one of the dining room chairs into the bathroom to use as a table for our stuff.
Accoustics were horrible. You could hear every sound from your neighbors. Really, who planned the layout of this place?
Staff was not particularly friendly or attentive. The pool area always seemed to be a mess, but it was small anyway so we didn't use it. Parking was very tight, but cleared a bit after the holiday weekend.
The view of the sunset was nice and all units have a gulf view, so that was a treat. Air conditioning worked great. It's very convenient to John's Pass and the causeway back to St. Pete.
Stay somewhere else if you can, and don't plan on more than 3 people being able to manage. There were other small things that added to the unpleasantness of this place, but these were the main issues. The place looks decent, but boy, can looks be deceiving!
