After being in the sun for hours, we always go to VIP! The food, mexican beer, lime, chips, guac, I mean come on it compliments it perfectly. Just a note here, it is a tiny space (if you need open spaces, this place could bother you). I recommend putting a dollar in the juke box and putting on your favorite latin music. Sit back, order a pacific (or get a pitcher of margaritas, I usually do both) and order some guac and chips (if you like spicy, you HAVE TO ORDER the pesos. These are fresh jalapeno slices that have been fried and served with ranch, sometimes they are killer hot, some times mild.) If you are hungry, get the nachos or the mexican pizza. The fajitas look great, but we usually just order the appetizers. I recommend sitting at the bar, service at the tables can be slower if you are in a hurry. AND if it is busy, they will have a wait list. If that is the case, put your name on it and head on through to the back of the restaurant. You will walk through the kitchen to get to the outside where they have a bar and some tables to wait at. This place is fun and one of our favorite spots.
