We just came back from a wonderful week in the sun & georgous setting. We will most certainly be back to stay mainly because of the atmosphere. The place was clean, we met alot of people who have been coming there for many, many years and we can see why! The carpet & room were clean, the A/C was was always on ice cold mode, refrig & microwave, the owners Roman & Christine make you feel happy. Pool towels are always fresh, good walking distance to resturants and you can catch the trolley right outside of the hotel. We had a front row seat to the beautiful palms, white sand, and water. We were on the more narrow part of the beach to the water but who cares!!! We will stay here always when we go to TI.

I chose this motel because of reviews on the internet and it paid off. The motel is the cleanest and friendliest I've ever stayed at. The owners, Roman and his wife, Christine, make you feel like family, treating everyone that way even though they are very busy keeping everything this way. I will be going back next year and this is the only place I will stay from now on. Roman and Christine I am looking forward to seeing you again next year.

My wife and I have been to a few motels over the years at Treasure Island, and because of the trip advisor ratings, we decided to stay at the Page Terrace motel with such good ratings.
We just returned home after a two week stay and I know why the ratings were so good.
The motel was the cleanest we have ever been in-maid service 6 days a week.. no maid service on sundays and holidays only. Staff and management of the highest quality. Very friendly and accommodating.
exp.-our a/c unit would not give cold air so contacted the desk, (after 5 p.m.) and within minutes, Roman and help were replacing it. Now, that is great service. If I could give it a ten star rating, I would.

I was on vacation with 6 other family members, looking for a relaxing family vacation. We had made reservations for The Tahitian, that turned out to be awful!!!!!!!! We ended up leaving The Tahitian after arguing with the one of the staff at the front desk. Then we had to go find a new place to stay at. Eventually(and luckily) we found the Page Terrace. This is one of the greatest places I have ever stayed at!!!! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were good sized and very clean. The beach was directly in the back of the hotel (a bit of a walk, but definetley worth it!). The pool was warm (heated) and very clean. We even met another family staying there and the kids had a great time with the other family's kids in the pool. Resturaunts were only a short walk away and there was also a miniture golf coarse a short drive away. If you're looking for a family friendly, clean motel then stay here. It's AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
