Stayed here for a week while attending the Women's Final Four in Tampa. The location is superb! The beach is wonderful and there's a one-mile paved walk right outside the door on the ocean side. One of our rooms was on the ocean side. The other was on "the bay side". There was no bay in sight. Just Gulf Blvd. But since we only were in our rooms to sleep that really didn't matter. The ocean side room was $97 and the other was $91. Not sure how another reviewer got a room for $70 but more power to them. My #1 priority is cleanliness and Page Terrace met my criteria. It is very clean. It's an old-style hotel. No flash. But for the price we weren't expecting flash. It's nice The only problem we had during our stay was the fact that the majority of the guests were smokers and smoking is allowed everywhere outside. This means that around the pool and in the walkways smoking is allowed so to go from one of our rooms on the first floor to our friends' room on the second floor we had to walk through smoke which is most unpleasant if you're a non-smoker. Otherwise, no problems at all. Overall, an excellent value for the price.

We went to Treasure Island on the spur of the moment without reservations and had priced a few places, which i thought were overpriced, and we finally stopped at the Bilmar next door and their rooms were 150.00 on that Sat. night, so we tried next door at the Page Terrace, and their room was only 70.00 for an oceanfront corner room and it has to be one of the cleanest rooms i have ever stayed in and i have traveled a lot. I work in the hotel industry and i must say you get more than your money's worth here. Christine went out of her way to make sure we had every thing we needed and made you feel like you were family. It is so nice to find a place that you know you can depend on for cleanliness and great prices. We have stayed one more time since then and look forward to more getaways, as time allows.. I suggest you give Page Terrace a try,, but make sure you call for reservations, because everyone is finding out about this hidden treasure and scooping up the availability quick.. We didn't know how lucky we were to get a room on that Saturday evening without a reservation. It was like hitting the jackpot.. We ate next door at Sloppy Joes and enjoyed the food, entertainment and the sunsets, which was almost as good as Key West. We love you Treasure Island........

Almost everything about the Page Terrace is terrific. I would rate the cleanliness, the location, the staff all with five stars. The beach is one of the most beautiful that I've seen. The access to the beach was phenominal.

The one area that was distressing was the smoking of the other guests. While smoking was not allowed in the rooms, the patio surrounding the pool and the shuffleboard area were filled with very heavy smokers at all times of the day and evening. When walking to our rooms or to the lobby, we had to hold our breath so as to not inhale the horrible smoke. I'd like to suggest that smokers be allowed in only one of the outside areas and especially not in the area surrounding the lobby.

we stayed at page terrace in june 2007, we can honestly say that it is the best place that we have ever stayed. the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people and you feel like you are leaving friends behind when you leave, the standard of cleanliness is fantastic and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly by happy smiling staff too, my parents holiday here every year and now i know why, the beautiful beach views are amazing and the pool is a welcome dip out of the hot gulf sunshine, we will definately return to this fabulous motel. there are plenty of places to eat around here and the theme parks are not too far to visit for a great day out, the rooms are also very well equipped and have everything that you need to be able to live there for a while!
the lobby has internet access and games to play and there is always fresh coffee to be had in the mornings, we cant wait to return to this wonderful little place and visit our friends again,
