We have just returned from yet another absolutely fantastic vacation at the Arvilla Resort Motel on Treasure Island.
We continue to go there each year and will be going again in 2009.
The staff are excellent, from Jim on down. They continue to keep the property in excellent condition and improve the rooms, pool area, grounds etc.
Any problems encountered are immediately corrected.
We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a clean, quiet and smaller facility.

We booked this motel after searching on the internet and had only the photos to go by. What a wonderful week we had in this exceptionally clean resort. The price was excellent for being right on the beach, not across the road, but right on the beach on the Gulf of Mexico!! We were lucky to have the Gulf front suite on the second floor. This motel has only two floors. Our suite looked right on the ocean. All of the other rooms, except the one below ours, opens up to the pool. The pool is 8 ft. deep at one end and the water was nice and warm. There is a shuffleboard game available. Coffee is ready every morning for hotel guests and there is a washer and dryer for guests to use also. Most of the guests were repeat visitors, some of them were in their 13th year of visits. That says something!! The office staff were so helpful with directions, suggestions etc. Our room had a full size fridge, small stove with oven and a microwave. Everything had just been freshly painted and new carpets etc. There is nothing fancy about this motel but if you want a relaxing holiday with friendly people, cleanliness plus and a reasonable price where you can walk out and be right on the beach then this is the place for you. In fact, if we want to go again next year we were advised to book before we left this year.

Our stay is always one of the highlights of our year.We look forward to coming here in feb. and march.The staff is very accommodating.Karan who works in the office is very knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful.Malika also on staff ,very friendly and also helpful. Rooms are clean and view from upper floor is great. We are coming here for years .The beach is just steps away . There is also a boardwalk.If you want a piece of paradise. come here. the valentines

There's few things in this world that are for sure's, but if you'd like to experience some place special on the beach you can be sure of an exceptional stay at the Arvilla Resort Motel in Treasure Island Florida. The owner of the motel is hands on when it comes to maintaining the clean look and feel of the property. Since my family and I last stayed at the motel a year ago several rooms have been updated. In my opinion the rooms were very nice before the improvements, but now when you consider the incredible room rates I guarantee you will not find a better value than what's being offered at the Arvilla . . affordable luxury on the beach!

In addition to property improvements the owner has recently hired more staff people to ensure a great stay. Becky the new front desk receptionist (and pool girl) greeted my family and I like we were guest at her home. Maleka attended to our room needs and never hesitated to ask if we needed something during our stay. The combination of great, friendly service and a clean, comfortable room by the pool overlooking the beach makes the Arvilla Resort Motel a travel best bet for sure!
