Nice place, good location. It had all of the advantages and disadvantages of staying in a condo. Clean, good location, A+ stay. Red tide was in but the city did an okay job of cleaning that up.

We were having problems finding a condo that would accommodate for less than a week. The South Beach Condo Hotel had great reviews and lived up to its name. The rooms were exactly as promised. They had ceramic floors, granite counter top in kitchen. All appliances were like new. The one thing that I never asked about was a dishwasher. Our condo did not have one. Who cares...I just washed the dishes after each meal. It only took a few minutes.

I know that some of the condos have been undergoing renovations. It did not interfere with our stay one bit. I did see some new boxed dishwashers in their storage area so I would assume that some of the renovated rooms will have dishwashers. If you need one be sure to ask.

The staff was great. Ground maintenance was great. There was always someone working around the grounds.

Beach was great. I have never seen such a large expanse of beach area!

Room #501 was awesome. We would definitely stay there again.

Just got back from a week at South Beach Condo/Hotel in Treasure Island, FL. The place was great. I would highly recommend it. The view was fantastic. We had a great view of the gulf. The room was very clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The grounds were well kept. Parking was no problem. The heated pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming in it every day. My teenage daughter and her friend enjoyed some of the other activities such as ping pong and shuffle board. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It seemd like mostly families were staying there. I would stay there again.

The front desk staff were most helpful. Everything was great! We will come back again next spring. The rooms were even nicer than thjey were last year. The entire hotel/condo was very clean, and that means the most to my family.
