We stayed here for 6 nights over spring break 2014. I found this place on Tripadvisor and all the great reviews convinced me to try it. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Very comfortable, plenty of room, everything fresh and still feels new. Wonderful to have a washer/dryer (tiny but sufficient)! Great kitchen, but like a few other folks have mentioned, the dishes are minimal. Only four of everything and no pots/pans. We mostly had breakfast and lunch there, so not a big problem, just had to keep up with the dish washing! We were on the lowest floor (2nd floor - the parking is below), but we could see the ocean btw hotels across the street. We were over the maintenance area (ie trash, etc.) but it was clean and only noticeable if you stood at the railing of the balcony. It would have been nice to be higher - I requested that in the reservation, and asked about it when I got there, but there was nothing else available. This place is right on Gulf Blvd, a very busy street, and noisy when on the balcony, but with the sliding doors closed it was just fine for sleeping. It is easy to cross the street at the corner of the property - there is a nice crosswalk, and then there is a public walkway to the beach. The beach is VERY wide at this part of the island, so it is a hike to the water. The pool and hot tub area was nice - even a bin with some pool toys for kids. I would definitely stay here again!
