great sports facilities with an olympic size pool,state of the art gym and for the golfers 27 holes courses(3) in absolute perfect condition. A lot of merit goes to Brent (GM) and his Team being outstanding in providing hospitality services "par exellence". My kind of place in Florida.

I live in Orlando but when extended family comes into town and we all want to be together I head to Tampa where my children live. We often need a place to stay and Emerald Greens is the top of the list. The 2 bedroom condo's are fabulous - a full kitchen, dining area and living room it's like being at home. Housekeeping was great, service was wonderful and it's close to shopping, restaurants, malls, etc...

Everything top notch at this place, from the rooms to the pool area and gym, and of course the golf course.

Nice 2 bedroom condo villas, nicely appointed with all new furnishings and super comfortable beds.

Pool area for lounging, although the pool bar/grill is closed for the season now. Access to an on site gym, with plenty of machines, cardio and free weights. 8-10 lighted tennis courts.

The golf facility is great... full driving range practice area, putting and chipping. Three 9 hole courses, 2 of which have recently had Champion Ultra Dwarf greens put in, they are fast and smooth. The other 9 is in great shape too, just not the same grass and you can tell when you play it. 5 or 6 sets of tees for all skill levels.

Bar and restaurant provide great service and delicious food, although not open too late.

In the heart of Carrollwood, close to anything and everything you could want. No more than 15-20 minutes from downtown, USF, the airport, stadium, Ybor. 30-40 minutes from St Pete, the beaches.

Lovely place to stay, the only issue we had was that one day the room was not cleaned. They said we had our privacy sign on but we did not and when we called at 3:00 after our return the housekeeping staff was gone. Other than that I would highly recommend Emerald.
