Having recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, I have to disagree with all the glowing reviews that others have submitted. The hotel is basic and in a very isolated area. There is absolutely nothing within walking distance. The rooms are large - somewhat dated, but that's not of great importance to my family. Although the room looked clean enough, the beds were uncomfortable to lie in as we all experienced extreme itchiness and felt as though we were being bitten during the course of the night. We are also allocated a room with some sort of generator or air conditioning unit outside our window which was very audible at all times. The in-room heating/cooling unit was faulty. When turning on the heating the smoke detector went off and a horrible burning smell was emitted. On a positive note there is a small outdoor pool an indoor jacuzzi and a fitness room, and the buffet breakfast provided is perfectly adequate. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from Busch Gardens, however it is important to note that this is limited. The latest pick up from Busch Gardens leaves before the show and fireworks display at the end of the day, so those wishing to stay at the park to enjoy these will need to pay for a taxi back to the hotel. Average at best.
