We stayed while visiting Busch Gardens. Our stay was wonderful. We had two double king beds rooms, and our rooms were clean everytime we came in. The staff was wonderful. We asked them if they could checkout how long. an attraction was opened down the road, and they did call. We were also locked out of our room and our room keys wouldn't work, but the front desk guy was able to help get inside our rooms. Oops! I forgot to mention the beds. The beds were very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. Breakfast was also great, well stocked and yummy. I love the location. Right next to USF, close to Busch Gardens and tons of restaurants. If I had a negative, which it's very hard to find one, it would probably be the pool, and that is probably what kept me from giving this place a 5. The pool was chilly, a course it's February, and I can understand why it was cold. They wouldn't let you go back in the way you came which was crazy. I didn't have a room key, so I had to around the hotel to the entrance. Overall our stay was great, and I would highly recommend this hotel for USF, Busch Gardens and many other things.
