Stayed 4 nights recently. Lobby is modern and room was clean and comfortable. I've seen people commenting the hotel is a bit dated, and from what I saw that is mostly true of the hotel room corridors. I did not use the pool or other fitness center. Ate in hotel restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and both were excellent. Hotel has free covered parking.

I can only speak for myself but when I find a place where I feel comfortable...everything falls in line. I booked this hotel through hotel tonight.com. We were greeted with smiles and cookies! After a long day on the road, it was a breath of fresh air. The room was clean and decorated nicely. The bed was very comfortable and the linens some of the nicest I have come across. The hot tub was simply heaven. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Found the staff helpful and friendly. Accepted delivery during busy week and made concerted effort to deliver it to me. Adjacent restaurant very average. Hotel needs updating, room was clean, but dark and carpet stained in spots. Would have expected better for the price. Was there during busy convention period and lots of smoking violators on my hall. Room overlooked busy highway, but did not find road noise a problem. Would stay again if I had to, and bed was surprisingly comfortable for otherwise tattered room.

I knew I was going to regret my booking when I saw this hotel from the freeway. My fears were realised when I got past check-in. Reception was friendly and smooth, and the usual DoubleTree recognition of my Hhonors gold. Walking down the long dank corridors to my room, however, and I wished I hadn't had to stay the night. Walking into my room was like walking into the northern Yukon.. Freezing, with the thermometer set in the 40s... In order to control the damp issues that permeate entire hotel. Room was dirty, as was the bathroom.

Breakfast was ok, very friendly staff... But not enough to ever get me back. Will not stay again. There are good airport hotels, and there are bad ones. This one is firmly in the latter.
