Staff was VERY polite, VERY nice & very helpful with direction. Our room was very clean. Definitely worth the money. We will be staying here again no doubt. Amazing view of a lake and trees. Very quiet. And awesome fireplace too!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting friends north of Tampa for Super Bowl weekend. Found the place to be simply “Super” Clean comfortable rooms, fabulous grounds (the pup’s loved it) and a great breakfast. Special thanks to Tova and Jerry Charles for making our stay “Super”

I have stayed here 3 times the past month while my Dad was going through cancer treatments at Moffitt Cancer Center. The hotel is very close to the hospital and they are so friendly and caring. they greet you whenever you walk by the desk and can't help you enough. Large, clean rooms and they offer a discount for Mofffitt patients. very flexible with last minute changes to my reservations. They have a free breakfast which includes fresh cut fruit, waffles, hot scrambled eggs, etc. and a free nightly hot "snack" (chili, soup/salad, meatball subs). Really great place to stay!

Good hotel with great staff! We spent 3 nights here in a studio suite while we were in Tampa. Hotel has recently been remodeled (except the kitchen cabinets) in the "new Residence Inn style". The suite was very comfortable and we had a good wi-fi signal 24/7. Suite was spotlessly clean except the exterior windows needed to be cleaned. Outside pool area was nice, breakfast buffet was good, and breakfast staff were outstanding/attentive to all guests! Had one problem the first night but spoke to the general manager the next morning and problem was resolved....excellent customer service! This hotel is right across the street from Lettuce Lake Park.....a jewel of a county park! If you are at this hotel on the weekend, make sure to join the free 8:30am nature walk with a park ranger ($2 park entrance fee/day). We saw lots of wildlife......wonderful boardwalks/observation tower for bird watching! This hotel was a wonderful retreat after a busy day in Tampa!
