The hotel has gone through some recent renovations and more is on it's way.
The room we were in had an air conditioning problem. I called the front desk at 10 p.m. A very professional maintenance person, Benny, came to our room within 5 minutes of my initial phone call to the front desk. He changed the air filter and check for any obvious problems.
Unfortunately, that didn't do the trick. The next morning we stopped by the front desk and requested a room change due to the cooling problems. A super helpful, understanding and apologetic front desk service worker named Lauren switched our room with no questions. Thank you Lauren. This is why we love Starwood hotels.
