The comfort of the room far surpassed what I expected when we arrived and what I anticipated for an airport hotel. My only gripe was that the breakfast options were not of the healthiest variety and were overpriced relative to quality. But the staff was lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Complained about the Internet which had weak signal in room 1214. They said they would investigate and change room if necessary but then didn't bother
The exec lounge is too small and we had to ask for vouchers for restaurant to get table
The restaurant is closed in evening although we were pointed in direction of good options next door
No laundry facilities in hotel if you need to do your own
Pool area very good although no sun umbrellas

Thank you for your review and comments. Please accept our sincerest apologies for your disappointment in our facilities. We upgraded our Internet Service Provider last fall as well as our hardware to fiber optic cabling and as a result, have received only a few complaints on the signal. Howerver, our Chief Engineer is looking int oyour comment and we appreciate that you brought it to our attention. The good news for our Exxecutive Lounge is that it is being totally renovated later this year which will not only modernize the facilities but also open it up space-wise. I hope that if you return to Tampa you will try us again so that you may enjoy the renovated Executive Lounge.

I stayed at this hotel while I was in town March 15-17 for the Kenny Chesney concert. I can't say anything negative at all about my stay. Check in was smooth and even got to check in early. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Even though the hotel was full for the weekend there was no chaos anywhere. I even got to relax by the pool. We had a room facing the pool and yes, you can hear some noise if people are being noisy. Didn't bother us at all! The staff in the gift shop were very pleasant. The shuttle took us to the airport in the very early am hours which was much appreciated. The front desk assisted in calling us a cab to go out, giving directions and reccomendations. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I really can't say one bad thing and that is amazing. This Hilton lives up to everything that is expected by the Hilton name. I will stay here again without hesitation.

Room Tip: Ask for a room higher up and not facing the pool if the pool noise will bother you.

Very cold AC. Uneven, unsafe dancing floor. The coffee in the bar was weak, not hot, in foarm cups. Could be better quality or less expencive. But in general the Hilton hotel was pleasent and relaxing.

The bedding and rooms were comfortable and well-sized. The bathroom was another story: the shower roof had what appeared like holes with a moldy black substance (I didn't bother investigating further); average choice of TV channels and the guide was outdated (channel lineup on guest manual did not correspond to actual TV channel lineup); the amenities in the conference rooms were adequate, but the food provided during intermissions could have been better (some breakfast pastries were stale).

Thank you fro your review. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the condition of the guestroom you were given as well as lack of updated TV channel guide in the guestrooms. Our Chief engineer and Director of Housekeeping have corrected the defficiency in the guestrooom as well as used it as a training took for our room attendants who clean the guestrooms. We're remiss in that we didn't follow through and update our TV channel line-up listing in the rooms when we recently added some additional HD channels. It is currently at the printers to be re-printed. On the positive side, we're glad that you enjoyed the bedding and size of our guestrooms. W hope that you will stay with us again should your travels breing you back to Tampa.

Very nice staff and helpful with driving directions. The water in the lobby was a very nice touch we will be doing this now at my hotel the Hampton Inn Marquette/Waterfront in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan! Very clean rooms. Loved the shuttle service and the drivers were all great very helpful as well! Pool area was nice felt great. Very clean grounds as well. With being a Hotel Assistant General Manager I tend to be picky and this by far met my needs and expectations. Would love to come back in the future!

As with all Hilton Properties, this one is very convenient to any and all place you have to go in Tampa. It is not only convenient to the airport, but also to the port for those embarking on a cruise. And they provide complimentary transport to both sites.
