I stayed here for business at the Moffitt Cancer Center and USF, a very convenient free courtesy shuttle from the hotel (and walking distance if necessary). The typical positive experience as with other Embassy suites, I enjoyed having the separate living room where there was a nice large table for getting work done. The breakfast was excellent, the gym facilities were adequate (only a handful of aerobic machines, hand weights). My only complaint was the business center, where there were two computers for printing out boarding passes. One was out of order, however, and because these are full use computers, the other was chronically occupied by someone playing with their iPod. The staff was nice enough to "kick" her off, but then the printer was not functional; I tried again the next day, still down. Having one computer dedicated just for printing out boarding passes and nothing else would be nice to have. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful.
