I am sorry you had a bad experience during your stay. The Technical Specialist has been notified that the internet was not working and is being addressed. I am not aware of any mold problems and spot check rooms on a regular basis. We are also in the process of replacing a number of beds and do appolgize that you apparently where not in one of the rooms with newer mattresses. I hope you will stay with us again in the future and if you have any such problem, please ask to speak to a manager.

Thank you for giving us a review, it is very much appreciated. Upon receipt of your review, the following actions were taken:

• Management and security were consulted as to what steps could be taken to make our valued guests feel more secure.

• Maintenance was informed of your report of Roaches and instructed to look into the matter and see to their complete extermination.

• Maintenance was informed of the Bed, under-sized towels, unable to draining Tub and sink, toilet not fully functional, Not working AC in the room assigned to you and instructed to look into it for necessary repairs or replace.

• Housekeeping received additional training regarding the level of cleanliness required of them as our employees.

I hope that the next time you visit our area; you will once again choose to stay at Days Inn West of Busch Gardens. We look forward to welcoming you back.
