Spent one full hour trying to check in. Front desk kept sending me keys to unserviced rooms. After an hour of being sent to three unserviced rooms, I gave up. I spent the night at another hotel. This was after a day of traveling from California. Very frustrating, evidently management does not know which rooms are open and available for check-in.
Needless to say, I will be staying at the Crowne Plaza on my next trip to Tampa.
