The staff is beyond friendly. I had an extended stay and was impressed with the professionalism and joy of all staff members. A friend was married in the hotel during my stay. No wedding guest request went unanswered! I have attende many weddings in hotels and this was by far the best. Let's talk about the food. It is beyond belief! Everything was great. The bartenders and new supervisor Marissa were awwsome. Forget the rest...stay here!

Was in this hotel for 1 night, had a great stay overall. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided had a variety of choices, even an omelette bar. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is good, but not the best I have had at an ES. The managers reception is decent, but the restaurant is not very. Good, especially if they have functions happening in the hotel. My "medium" hamburger was bright pink inside. When I finally got a waiter's attention (and everyone else was finished), he said he could give me an 10% discount. I'll stay in the hotel again but never order off of the menu.

We stay with these folks several times a year and find it always to be fun. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious. Manager Reception is always a plus with good wine pours and sensible snacks. Breakfast is usually good, they seem to have a restocking the food problem,but are always good to respond when you bring it to their attention. Carmen the hostess is fantastic, she just works so very hard and is always pleasant. Its always a nice stay and would recommend it to anyone taking a cruise out of port of Tampa as it is close.
