“Very nice hotel”

I enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites. The rooms are nice and large, the beds are comfortable and the pool and hot tub very inviting. The breakfast buffet is tasty with made to order omletts. They pretty much stopped replacing food at 9 even though it is open until 9:30 so that was a negative.
Also the evening reception snacks were not much. Just a bowl of pretzels and crackers.
Overall though the staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms excellent
I appreciate the fact that they have smoking rooms.

I would like to apologize for your breakfast experience ending early, but I am glad you enjoyed the tasty cooked to order omlettes. I will make sure to touch base with the chef as we pride ourselves on exceeding guest expectations and I would hate to have this happen again. My husband, 16 month old son and I recently stayed at this hotel and it was such a wonderful experience. The room was clean and spacious and having the separate area for our son to sleep in was fantastic. It was also very helpful to have a fridge to keep his milk fresh. The staff were wonderful. They would see us coming for breakfast and have the high chair waiting at a table for us. Housekeeping kept us stocked in fresh towels without my having to request it (we didn't have the room cleaned every day). Everyone really went above and beyond to help us out and make traveling with a toddler as easy as it could be. This was my first Embassy Suites experience and it definitely won't be my last! If we ever find ourselves needing to be in the Tampa area again we know where we're staying!

This is a newer Embassy Suites so it was very nice. The fist few days of our stay a large soccer tournament was happening & several teams were staying there (I actually made a point of complimenting one of the coaches for the very well behaved teens). Due to the bookings we were unable to get a non-smoking room (we knew this in advance)- staff were quick to get air cleaners set up in the room to help remove the smell as much as possible.

The room was very quiet and clean (other than cigarette smell from previous guest).

Breakfast was excellent- perfectly cooked. The omelets were the best we have ever had at an Embassy suites. Food was fresh throughout the morning as needed- staff checked often & kept a keen eye on things. Staff was friendly & efficient. Fresh fruit depending on availability!

Evening reception was very nice with a variety of munchies so it wasn't boring after the first few days. I had made a comment to a staff member about our children loving fresh popcorn & the next evening they made popcorn with their own mix of seasoning- yummy!! This embassy suites also has a restaurant- excellent food for reasonable prices. So you don't have to leave the hotel in search of a good meal.

Our only issue- very slow internet. Several guest were complaining. I think that is the only thing I would improve on- one business man was saying how am I supposed to work with this connection???

We had excellent customer service- front desk/ house keeping/ breakfast & manager's reception. We stayed for almost 2 weeks with no real issues. Dec 26 into January.

So frustrated that for each of our laptops we had to pay a 10.00 fee per night for wifi service! That is ridiculous! Also, once I paid the fee I realized that my iphone had been blocked as well and I was not able to access any of the apps unless I also paid another $10.00 fee! I was told that there is nothing we could do but to pay the fee for each machine! Total rip off! We will never ever stay here again! Buyer beware of this policy! We did not find out until after we checked in! We assumed it was free wifi!
We have stayed in many Embassy Suites and NEVER had this issue before! We stayed in one last week in Georgia that was $40.00 cheaper and free internet access!

Stayed for 10 nights (Dec. 15 - 25) and really enjoyed stay and service. A culture of "delighting the customer" was evident at check-in and during the stay; Rachel did an excellent job of welcoming/check-in. Breakfast was served promptly and professionally everyday with a smile; thank you Carmen, Michael and Lynne.
Ari (Aranka)Hartung, the Asst. General Manager, is one of the hardest working and dedicated leaders; she was all over the place assuring that the customers' needs are met; thank you Ari. Keep it up, folks; this is what hospitality is all about.

Staying for Christmas weekend while visiting family. We were able to check in 3 hours early. Nice spacious rooms, very quiet, GREAT breakfast. All the staff was very pleasant. Only complaint would be they charge $10 per day for wireless internet. Great value, will not hesitate to stay here again.

Checked in on Dec. 14 around 4pm and the Receptionist was on the phone. Waited about 5 minutes and decided to go out to the car and grab our luggage. Upon return, receptionist was still on call. She asked for last name and handed over room keys without any greetings or acknowlegment we were there. At first glance, the suite appeared very clean until we grabbed a glass that has clearly been used. Adding salt to the wound, the suite had two bottles of conditioner and NO shampoo. Called down to the same receptionist, to no avail, no answer. So walk down to the lobby to ask for shampoo and receptionist SNAPPED and sent us to housekeeping.

Customer Service really makes or break a great Stay. Unfortunately, we will not go back to this particular location because of the service.
