We recently made our way from Spring Hill down to the forum box office to purchase tickets for our Daughter and her best friend to go to 93.3's Jingle Ball. My Husband uses a wheelchair so we were a bit apprehensive on the handicap parking that is until we got there and was relieved to see how easy it was to pull right up next to the box office which had plenty of accessible spots.
The lady that took care of us was so pleasant, calm and easy to talk to and took her time to find our Daughter and her best friend the very best seats she could in our budget. She also told us about a promo our Hockey Team is doing where you bring in 10 cans of food or a new/gently used cellphone for some upcoming Hockey games (perfect as we were running short on $ anyhow = daughters tickets !) so we got 3 free tickets for our donations and we had the best time our Bolts won!
We could not have been treated better. The inside was very accessible to my Husband in his chair. We sat in the accessible section and thoroughly enjoyed our seats and the wonderful company we got the chance to sit next to!
We can't wait to return again, we are blessed to have this beautiful Forum in Tampa Bay.... Thank you!
