Thank you for providing feedback about your recent stay at our property. I am pleased that you received such fantastic service from Heather and Ella and will share your kind comments with them. Also, I am pleased that you enjoyed the cleanliness of our guestrooms, the comfort of our pool area and our delicious breakfast buffet. However, I apologize for the issues that you experienced regarding being awoken by hotel staff so early, the lack of hot water and tea bag replacement in your guestroom, and the maintenance issues that you experienced with the voicemail and toilet during your stay. I will certainly address each of these issues with the appropriate departments and ensure that they are corrected. We hope to see you again.

“Customer Service is a priority!”

From the moment I telephoned for a ride from the airport I was treated with respect. The Front Desk Staff were welcoming. The rest of the staff went out of their wayto accomodate and anticipate my needs.Even though the facility is close to a highway I never heard any traffic noise. The Mall is within walking distance

“Perfect for Business Travelers”

The hotel was very nice. Lobby and bar area were very open and welcoming. The room was standard but I was given a hdcp access room so the shower head was very small and on the end of a hose. The rest of the room was fine. The bed was awesome. Best nights sleep in a quite a while. the M&Ms at the front desk were a nice added treat.
