I have been to Mimi's Carrollwood (Tampa) FL, restaurant several times, and have always had nothing but the best in food & customer service!

The second time I went was to have lunch w/friends. The food & service was great! The only, and I do stress ONLY, thing that was remotely off was the fact that my gravy had lumps in it.
When the manager came around to our table to ask about our dining experience that day, I told him everything was wonderful, then happened to mention the "ugly" gravy. Not only did he apologize, he then comped my meal (even though I told him it was completely unnecessary) and gave us a bunch of muffins to take home. I cannot state how impressed I was!

In many years of dining out, I have to say that this restaurant really does put service, customer care and customer satisfaction at the top of its list.

Because of this experience, and the fact that the food is excellent, I'm planning a lunch for my collelge graduation and we're having it at this Mimi's. While it's a casual place, it's nothing like what we know of as casual dining, i.e., Applebees, Bennigans, etc. It's affordable, comfortable, and quiet. The decor is great as well!

I cannot recommend Mimi's highly enough! I plan to have all of my important celebrations there, as well as the occasional lunch w/friends!

If you're visiting Mimi's for the first time, you're in for a great dining experience! Enjoy!
