If it was not so expensive it can be heaven

This is not only my favorite Steakhouse, but is also my favorite restaurant overall. Food is Excellent... Service, Can not tell you... I'll love this place ...

I attended Fleming's with some business colleagues. The valet parking was great, and once inside the atmosphere was that of a classic steakhouse. The server was very good at reccomending a wine to one of my colleagues and the service was very prompt. The caesar salad that I had tops my list and I have traveled all over the U.S. I ordered the lamb chops and my partner ordered the ribeye. The ribeye was one of the most tender, and flavorful steaks I have ever had and it wasn't "burnt" on the outside like some steakhouses prepare it. Although my lamb chops were cooked to the wrong temperature (I ordered 'medium', and it came well) upon alerting my server I was given a new dinner plate with chops cooked to perfection and they gave it to me ON THE HOUSE!!! This is why Fleming's rates as a 5 becuase I understand that mistakes happen but the customer service behind the mistake. I would reccomend the restaurant without reservation to anyone.

As someone who travels a lot and gets to eat out more than normal, I have been to a lot of steak houses. This is one of the worst. The salads were not fresh and their steaks are not cooked as the customers wants them but rather the "Flemings" way. To add insult to injury, when I brought my problems to the attention of the manager, he made it clear that what I felt was wrong was simply the "Flemings" way and that nothing was indeed wrong.
