I normally think sushi places are pretty uniform as far as variety on the menu, with only freshness of fish seperating the good ones from the bad ones. This place has great fresh fish and they shake things up by using some interesting ingredients in their rolls. They have rolls with coconut shrimp, mango, lemon zest, strawberries, banana, mushrooms just to name a few, making for a unique sushi experience. They have an interesting way of plating the food as well, very appealing visually(they say we eat with our eyes before our mouths anyway) The atmosphere is great and I've never had anything except great service from both waiters and the always friendly/helpful sushi chefs. I live in Miami and I've made several weekend trips to Tampa just to eat here. Prices are about average what you would pay at any decent sushi place.
