This was an email I sent to the "manager." I never received a response. Email is not working. I also tried calling him. His voicemail was down too and still is over a week later. Check the other review about room cleanliness and used condoms.

I recently stayed at your hotel on the 16th and 17th with my wife and we were extremely dissapointed in the room and general cleanliness. There were pubic hairs and fuzz balls along the bathroom floor edges. The tubs in rooms were dirty - we stayed in 302 and 306. I scrubbed them with a wash cloth to get the scum up. It came up with very little scrubbing. This means that your staff is not properly cleaning and your management is not checking up on them. I should not be cleaning my own room and have to pay $170 a night. Also, you had a horrible active termite infestation. We woke up on Saturday with them flying around our room in 302. We were moved to 306, so the staff could spray, which was fine b/c 302 had very little hot water even after letting it run for 5 minutes. Room 306 had dead termites around the window too. Again, poor cleaning. On Sunday we woke up to another active termite invasion in 306. Also, this room had bodily fluids on the curtains - not small ones either. I have taken pictures of this along with the dirty tub and condoms in your parking lot. That's right you had multiple condoms in your parking lot. Used or not, it is tacky. I notified the women at the front desk. Her simple reply, "That's Ybor." That was all she said. I don't care where you are. The proper response is, "Sorry, we'll get that cleaned up." The funny thing is, nobody cleaned them up and we left on Sunday after attending our friends wedding there on Saturday.
By the way, I called and left a message in your voicemail on Saturday when we changed rooms and never got a call back. If I do not receive a response here, I will take other steps. I am tempted to notify the BBB in your area and file a complaint as well as with the health department. I am sure they would love the pictures. At the very least, I have posted this negative review of your hotel.
The other staff at your hotel responsible for receptions was great and I would give them high praises for their service and friendliness. You food was also good. However, more oversite of the cleaning staff is needed.
