I had good experience with my stay..good room with perfect view. It is like a mini resort, staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable..nothing extra ordinary.Breakfast was good, service was friendly. I got my money's worth.

Checked in and in front of my door was ten garbage bags full of garbage piled up. Called manager to please have them removed. When I checked in there was a sign that said there would be no running water from 1:30 to 3:30. By 5pm there was still no water and I had to meet my daughter at 5:30.
I got back from the event at 9pm and there was running water. Woke up the next morning and my first step out of bed was onto a puddle of water built up on the rug. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do for me because I prepaid for my room and that the puddle was due to a pipe breaking.
A complete disaster!

I booked the room online a few days prior to stay, for a standard two double bed for 4 adults. I checked into the hotel and was told that I had reserved a King Suite, which is a King and a pull out double bed sofa. When I complained I had not reserved that type of room, they begged to differ and then went on to say there were no 2 double bed rooms available. Being pressed for time, as we had to make it to a nearby event, I went ahead, against my better judgement and went ahead with the check in. The room had a very used up look and feel. I felt awful for my (adult) children who had to sleep on the pull-out sofa, which should have been thrown away at least 5 years ago. It was the most uncomfortable mattress and there was no way the bed was big enough to share as it just sagged right in the middle, terribly. My son ended up sleeping on the floor by lining up the 2 sofa and 1 chair cushion! The sink outside the gross bathroom was very slow to drain. If you dare to stay at this motel, do yourself a favor and bring your own bath towels to dry off with unless you are willing to scratch up your skin with the nastiest hotel towels you've ever experienced using. Like the sofa, they should have been replaced ages ago. I could go on, but will leave it at this. If you have very low standards for lodging, by all means, this is the place for you! The worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at!

We booked a 4 days Vacations at this Hotel and we end up staying 1 night!!
I do no understand why I see "Positive" reviews but it seems these people are either blind or are getting paid to write lies.

My wife and I were very upset about the Hotel quality and the only reason we decided to book was because it was a Holiday Inn but make no mistake; this isn't the quality of a Holiday Inn; I would say a 2 star Motel down the road would be cleaner and cheaper!

Bathroom was moldy; the carpet was wet and dirty; the TV barely worked and it was about 10-15 years old TV. The hallways were dirty and after seeing the Elevators, Hallways and out room; we didn't even bothered letting the kids go to the swimming pool in the morning!
We are not rich neither expect to be a 5 star Hotel, but C'mon!! I should call Holiday Inn and request my money back!!
Do not pay attention to the positive reviews, do not pay attention to the pictures taken 10 years ago by a professional photographer; just read the negative reviews and the truth about this Hotel will shine on.
However, if you want to waste your money and be really upset or if you are blind and have no odor sense left then this would be your place to stay at!
