This was our 2nd time staying here and the place is nice and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and concerned about our over all satisfaction. On both visits we were greeted by Christie at the front desk. She is definitely and asset to Hilton as she was very courteous and concerned. She remembered us from our previous visit and made us again feel welcome. On the previous visit it took a couple of room inspections to get a clean room to our satisfaction and this visit was no exception. But Christie again handled it well and on the 3rd try we were happy with the room and its cleanliness. The first room had a foul odor and hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The second room also had a bathroom that was not really cleaned well and the ac made a loud noise. Thankfully the 3rd room Christie showed us was very nice, clean, and satisfactory. I guess we can be a little picky but we want a clean and quiet room and are willing to pay for it. Otherwise a much cheaper hotel would be fine, but that's not what we want. Anyway, Christie was sympathetic to our concerns and really just wanted my wife and I to be happy and she went out of her way to make sure that we were. I would recommend this hotel and will probably stay again.
