“A Disappointment”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2012

We stayed here for a week in March 2012. The rooms were clean, and the property was well-kept-up, but our stay was rather unpleasant. The beds and particularly the pillows are uncomfortable; the shower is ultra-modern and thus completely incapable of keeping water off the bathroom floor; and worst of all, a tour group of teenagers turned the atrium just outside of our room into a block party for three consecutive nights. This isn't the hotel's fault. I suppose, but the staff did little to quiet them down, and my wife and I did not get a very good night's sleep.

It's a nice hotel, and maybe other people will have better luck than we did, but we will not be staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the atria if you want a quiet place to sleep.

I stay at this hotel each time I visit Tallahassee because it is conveniently located off of I-10.

The hotel has a slight odor from being renovated but is clean throughout. The rooms are clean but do show some signs of wear and tear. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: The hotel is located in a quieter side of town away from crime and noise.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the rooms in our group were quite small and obviously designed for the solo traveler, maybe a couple. However, my room was quite large, although still with only one bed. I don't know that they have any rooms with more than a single king size bed in them. I would definitely make sure they do if that's what you're looking for.

The hotel itself has a very modern design and feel. There is a pool, although I never saw it used. They also have a small bar where you can get a drink, but it closed at 10:00. Lastly, there is a small breakfast buffet; eggs, bacon, sausage, and bagels, $7.95.

Overall the hotel was clean, comfortable, and nice. No over the top amenities to write home about, but well worth the price. I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I were exploring Northern Florida and decided to stay in Tallahassee for a night. We discovered that Tuesday and Wednesday nights are usually full but were able to get a room with two doubles. I was expecting the Sheraton beds and, instead, had the used bedspread and the mattress covers that crumple as you sleep. The rooms are business oriented and space efficient. I did resent seeing the last person's razor stubble in my sink. Much of the wood was worn. The front desk started great and as the shift changed worsened. At check-out, I mentioned the dirty bathroom and was not even asked about the problem. They could care less.

This hotel is extremely clean. The only thing it's missing is a free breakfast. Although even without the free breakfast I choose to stay here because of the cleanliness. Oh and let me mention this, if you like to workout you can go to Golds Gym using your room key and drivers license.

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is off the highway, so is very quiet, with no road noise or other room noise. The room was a nice size and very clean. Staff was friendly.

The front desk was indifferent, the rooms were OK in size with a modern bathroom BUT the carpet was soiled, the place had the feel of a nursing home and the breakfast was dreadful. Though we paid a discounted price for the meal, it was not worth even the price we paid for it.
