I found this restaurant on the internet prior to my trip to Miami (Surfside). So when we got to Miami, I knew where we would dine the first night...Flanigan's. On first arrival, we were shown to our seats but a whole 12 minutes went by before we saw our server again. There was a point when we actually had to call the manager to ask who our server was. At the time we really thought about leaving, but just ten seconds after the manager left the serve showed up. Initially, she seemed to have a bit of an attitude about us speaking to her manager. But as time went on she could tell that all we wanted was the same service everyone else received. Our meals were delivered in about 10 miuntes and they were great. The half chicken I ordered was fall off the bone good and the half rack of rib my boyfriend ordered were cooked very well too. The best part of all is that we had to use to go boxes (you get a large portion of food) and the check was about 30 bucks. So although the service was not great at first everything came together in the end.
