The hotel location is perfect! you have all in less than 1 block, also the beautiful beach! All you need is there. I love this hotel and surely I'll back.

We had two rooms for 6 girls and we had a great time cooking all our meals at the hotel! It was close to 96th Street Beach and beautiful beach walks. We loved walking around Surfside and even walking by Dexter's house in Bay Harbor!

The rooms were spacious, inexpensive, and clean. We had even plenty of silverware and plates to entertain a bachelorette party dinner!!

We really appreciated the underground parking, the small pool, and the location!

My family and I were recently in the Miami area to attend a family wedding. We took three rooms for our family at the Sun Harbor. The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and made to feel at home. The rooms were literally apartments. Plus they were in perfect condition and clean as could be. We could not have been happier. I give it my highest level of recommendation!

Very affordable. Very nice rooms with a kitchen. A feet distance from the beach and Ball Harbour Mall. Parking for free. Free Internet. Late checkout without taxes (if rooms available). Nice and charming pool. If you want a beautiful Hotel in a quiet place, that's the one.
