We have attended a number of events at this venue over the years, and most recently the Jimmy Buffet concert. This time our seats were in the section just below the suites. I believe there were only three rows in this section and we had the suites directly behind us, so no one was walking behind us. In other sections we noticed that everyone was standing the entire concert, but in our section people only stood during certain parts of the concert which was nice. We were also allowed to use the venue entrance for the suites.
As at most venues of this type, food and beverages are limited and quite expensive. There are quite a few restaurants across the street in Sawgrass Mills if you would like to dine prior to arriving. Restrooms were plentiful and clean. There were plenty of venue staff to direct you to your seats.
There is ample parking, but it was expensive - I believe we paid $20 to park for the concert, but believe it is less for hockey games. We used to park across the street at the mall, but have seen signs indicating that is not permitted anymore. We always leave the venue promptly at the conclusion of the event and are able to get out of the parking lot quickly. They did allow tailgating prior to the concert.
It's a nice facility and if there's an event we're interested in attending the next time we're in town I'm sure we'll get tickets.
