I was their friday night for my cousin's B-day & from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile & friendly Hello. The lobby was beautiful. The girls @ the front were friendly & helpful they didnt rush me. I recieved a gift bag for being a gold crown member ( the 1st best western that gave me something) The rooms were pure beautiful.I was 2nd floor poolside ( Great View) Breakfast was a hot one!! the best I had yet. Checking out was a snap the young lady was so sweet. I do recommend this hotel. I will stay again

This hotel is newly remodeled and centrally located in the downtown area close to everything. The complimentary Breakfast was more than expected, fresh scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, hot oatmeal, danish, muffins, yogurt and much more.
The staff was very professional and accommodating in helping us with all our needs.
All the rooms were newly remodeled and CLEAN. They all have microwave ovens and mini refridgerators in them. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into the area and cant wait to return!

The room itself is ok, the hotel was just recently redone and it looks alright. The pool is ok, no spa however. There is a lounge and the breakfast is great. That is the extent of the good however.

The people are rude, disinterested, many do not speak much or any English, and the manager wow she’s a real piece of work in how not to treat customers. This place will nickel and dime you to death. Like I said it was recently renovated and they about have a heart attack if you have any wrappers, food crumbs, or pretty much anything on the floor. Really the rudest group of people I have EVER stayed with and I have been to NJ and stayed with inlaws! They charged me 150 dollars extra on top of my room stay without authorization for ‘cleaning charges’ honestly if you want a good hotel stay, go to the BW in St. Lucie its only a 10 minute drive from here, or the Holiday Inn its very much a nice friendly place.

Stay elsewhere!!! The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Myself, my husband and our 17 year old daughter woke up every morning with backaches. We stayed here figuring we only needed a place to sleep since we would be out most of the day. We have stayed in many hotels before but this was definetely the worst!! We weren't expecting anything other than a comfortable bed and was terrribly disappointed. Just like the other reviewer stated there is a train that runs past the hotel and is noisy at night.
